Applicant’s passport valid for at least 6 months after the intended exit date.
2 copies of the visa application form, thoroughly filled out and dated, bearing applicant’s signature.
1 original coloured passport size, front view, white background and recently-taken photograph.
For non-Canadians only: original and a photocopy of permanent Resident Card (work-permit or study- permit document).
Letter on company letterhead indicating:
*Information about the applicant (e.g. period of employment and position)
*Nature of business activities in Korea (in detail)
*Intended period of stay
*Contact person in Korea and their complete address and phone number
Letter of invitation from a Korean company.
Other documents to support the application if available, such as a Trade record with the Korean host company, export and import licenses, contract, letter describing the purpose of the business trip, import/export documents,etc., documents related to the establishment of the Korean host company like a copy of the business registration, tax statements, etc.
Copy of round trip tickets or itinerary.
