Visa on Arrival for Indians

Visa requirements for Indian citizens are administrative entry restrictions by the authorities of other states placed on citizens of India. As of 1 October 2019, Indian citizens had visa-free or visa on arrival access to 58 countries and territories, ranking the Indian passport 84th in terms of travel freedom. Here we are mentioning a few popular countries where you can get a visa on arrival or eVisa.

Bhutan:

Freedom of Movement. Indian nationals may also use their Voter ID card with photograph or Indian Passport to enter Bhutan by air and land.

Bolivia:

Stay period of 90 days.

Cambodia:

eVisa / Visa on arrival. Stay period of 30 days. A fee of US$36 applicable.

Ethiopia:

eVisa / Visa on arrival. Stay period up to 90 days.

Visa on arrival is obtainable only at Addis Ababa Bole International Airport. eVisa holders must arrive via Addis Ababa Bole International Airport. eVisas are available for 30 or 90 days

Fiji:

Visa not required

Indonesia:

Visa on arrival. Stay period of 30 days for tourism purposes.

Iran:

eVisa / Visa on arrival. Stay period 30 days.

Jamaica:

Visa not required. Stay period 6 months

Jordan:

Visa on arrival. Stay period 30 days

Kenya:

eVisa / Visa on arrival. Stay period of 90 days.

May enter with East Africa Tourist Visa. Fee US50. Visa Validity 90days with Multiple entries. This visa valid in The Republic of Kenya, Republic of Rwanda and Republic of Uganda

Laos:

eVisa / Visa on arrival. Stay period of 30 days, extendable up to 60 days

Visa on arrival is available at international airports Luangphabang, Pakse, Savannakhet and Vientiane, and at 4 land borders Friendship Bridge,  and at 13 border crossings as well as Tanalaeng train station in Vientiane, which connects to the train station in Nongkai, Thailand.[157] Visa on arrival facility will be gradually phased out at various border crossings starting January 2020

eVisa may be used to enter Laos through the following entry points — Wattay International Airport and the First Thai–Lao Friendship Bridge

Entry points Lalai, Lantui, Meuang mom, Pakxan, and Phoudou are open only to visa holders.

Madagascar:

Visa on Arrival. Stay period of 30 days.

Maldives:

Visa not required. Stay period of 90 days.

Mauritania:

Visa on arrival. Stay period of 30 days.

Mauritius:

Visa not required. Stay period up to 90 days.

Myanmar:

eVisa / Visa on arrival. Stay period of 28 days

eVisa holders must arrive via Yangon, Nay Pyi Taw or Mandalay airports or via land border crossings with Thailand — Tachileik, Myawaddy and Kawthaung or India — Rih Khaw Dar and Tamu.

eVisa available for both tourism (allowed stay is 28 days) or business (allowed stay is 70 days) purposes.

Visa on arrival can be issued for tourism at Yangon, Nay Pyi Taw or Mandalay airport and is valid for 30 days.

Nepal:

Freedom of Movement. Indian nationals may also use their Voter ID card with photograph or Indian Passport to enter Nepal by air and land.

Qatar:

Visa not required. Stay period of 30 days.

Somalia:

Visa on arrival. 30 days stay period. Available at Bosaso Airport, Galcaio Airport and Mogadishu Airport.

Sri Lanka:

eVisa / Visa on arrival. Stay period of 90 days. Travel to Sri Lanka from 01.08.2019 to 31.01.2020 for Tourist purposes are exempted paying ETA fee, later extended From 1 August 2019 to 30 April 2020

Thailand:

Visa on arrival. Stay period of 15 days. Thailand providing e-visa on arrival. Visa fee of 2000 THB is payable upon entry. Visa must be obtained at the first point of entry. Visa charge is waived until 30 April 2020.

Uganda:

Evisa/ Visa on arrival. Stay period of 90 days. May enter with East Africa Tourist Visa. Fee US$100. This visa valid in The Republic of Kenya, Republic of Rwanda and Republic of Uganda

Zimbabwe:

eVisa / Visa on arrival. Stay period of 90 days. 30 days for visits on business, 3 months for tourists

Macau:

Visa not required. Stay period of 30 days

British Virgin Islands:

Visa not required. Stay period of 30 days.
