Documents Required

  • Original passport with validity of 6 months and a minimum 3 blank pages + all old passports if any.
  • Two recent passport-size coloured photographs
  • Copy of National ID card
  • Personal Covering letter (For Employed – Plain paper/ For Self-Employed – Company Letterhead)
  • Personal ITR for last 3 years
  • Personal Bank Statement for the last six months
  • Confirmed return flight tickets
  • Hotel reservation proof

Note:

* Stay period and validity can be varied as per embassy discretion.

* You must be in good health to enter the country.

* If you have had any criminal convictions, you may be refused a visa.

    Supporting Documents as per your occupation or type of visit:

    As proof of occupation, the below documents have to be submitted by the applicant in the following scenarios:

    • If the applicant is self-employed:
      i. Business Registration License / GST / MOA / Partnership deed
      ii.Company’s updated bank statement of last 6 months
      iii. Company’s IT returns for last 3 years
    • If the applicant is employed in a firm:
      i. Leave sanctioned certificate with company seal and signature
      ii. Last 3 months salary slip
    • If the applicant is a student:
      i. Leave sanction letter, school ID card and NOC from school mentioning the dates of the trip
    • If you are under 18, you must also submit:
      i. Birth Certificate
      ii. Notarized and legalised No Objection Certificate (NOC) for the minor on a stamp paper of Rs 100
      iii.ID proof of parent
    • For Business visa
      i. Invitation letter from the host Company includes the purpose of the trip, business details etc
      ii. Covering letter from Indian company on company letterhead.

    Proceed Booking
