An original letter of invitation approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Turkey.
A business letter from the employer, on a letterhead stationery, addressed to The Embassy of Turkey, and signed by a senior manager (an equivalent to Vice-President or above), briefly introducing the applicant (please specify employment status/position held in the company by applicant) and clearly stating the precise nature of the business to be conducted by applicant.
The non-Canadian applicant(s) must show a COPY of their valid Permanent Residency Card (PR card) or Work/Student Authorization Visa for Canada.
If applicant is of Iraqi or Iranian origin and is carrying Canadian Travel Documents, he/she can only obtain a visa for a 15 days stay. The visa can be extended for another 15 days once in the country. This can be done at the local Immigration Office in Turkey.
What is the criteria for the validity of my supporting document (visa or residence permit from Schengen or from US, UK and Ireland)?
The only requirement for your visa/residence permit to be used as a supporting document is that it should be still valid (by date) by the time you enter and exit Turkey. Please note that eVisas of other countries are not accepted as a supporting document.
I do not have a valid Schengen, US, UK or Ireland Visa? Can I still apply for a Turkey eVisa?
No. You can only apply for a Turkey eVisa provided you have a valid Schengen, US, UK or Ireland Visa. In that case, you will need to apply for a Turkey sticker visa at the Turkish mission and we will be glad to assist you with a fast and hassle free visa application.
Is Turkey Visa a Sticker Visa OR an eVisa?
Turkey Visa is a sticker visa endorsed on the passport but if you fulfil some criteria, you can opt for an eVisa as well.
