Documents Required

  • Applicant’s passport valid for at least 6 months after the intended exit date.
  • 2 copies of the visa application form, thoroughly filled out and dated, bearing applicant’s signature.
  • 2 original passport size, front view, white background and recently-taken photograph.
  • Confirmed return flight ticket
  • Hotel reservation

If Employed:

  • Original employer NOC: should contain applicant name, designation and original signature from HR/reporting manager along with a company seal
  • Salary account bank statement: should be of last 6 months. Original or copies sealed and signed by bank. Balance should be 1 lakh per person. Indian Bank statement is required. Should not be older than 1 week from appointment date
  • Salary Slips/Certificates: should be of the last 3 months
  • Income tax returns (ITR) and form 16 with signature for last 1 year (applicable only if you are applying from Hyderabad jurisdiction)

If Self-Employed:

  • Original Leave letter: should be on personal business letter head. Should contain applicant name, designation and original signature from HR/reporting manager along with a company seal
  • Saving account bank statement: should be of last 6 months. Original or copies sealed and sıgned by bank. Balance should be 1 lakh per person. Indian Bank statement is required. Should not be older than 1 week from appointment date
  • GST or Company Registration Copy: For those applicants applying in Mumbai/Hyderabad jurisdiction – this document needs original notary and mantralaya/MEA stamp
  • If Proprietor/Partner/Director: Applicant needs to provide proof in which applicant/company name should be mentioned. Original notary and Mantralaya/MEA attestation needs to be done for each applicant. Last 6 month’s personal bank statement (original or copies attested by bank)

    What is the criteria for the validity of my supporting document (visa or residence permit from Schengen or from US, UK and Ireland)?

    The only requirement for your visa/residence permit to be used as a supporting document is that it should be still valid (by date) by the time you enter and exit Turkey. Please note that eVisas of other countries are not accepted as a supporting document.

    I do not have a valid Schengen, US, UK or Ireland Visa? Can I still apply for a Turkey eVisa?

    No. You can only apply for a Turkey eVisa provided you have a valid Schengen, US, UK or Ireland Visa. In that case, you will need to apply for a Turkey sticker visa at the Turkish mission and we will be glad to assist you with a fast and hassle free visa application.

    Is Turkey Visa a Sticker Visa OR an eVisa?

    Turkey Visa is a sticker visa endorsed on the passport but if you fulfil some criteria, you can opt for an eVisa as well.
