DAY TRIP: BANGALORE – LEPAKSHI – VIDURASHWATHA

The morning trip starts from Bangalore at 6.30 Am. Pick up from hotel, Residence, Railway station, Bus stand, or any other location as customer wish and drive to Lepakshi about 125 Km. On Arrival, Explore the lovely temple built during the Vijayanagara period & the amazing huge monolithic bull, and the rock-cut shrine of Nagalinga. Later visit Vidurashwatha about 32 Km, a small village known for the Ashwatha tree which is believed to have been planted by Vidura. Don’t forget to visit a small memorial built for 35 freedom fighters who lost their lives when police opened fire on them. This incident is known as the Jallianwala Bagh of South India. Drive back to Bangalore by evening. On arrival, you will be transferred to your Residence, Airport, Bus Terminus, or Railway Station for your onward journey.
