Arrive at Srisailam by evening and check into your hotel. Later, if time permits, enjoy a ropeway ride at Pathala Ganga, where devotees take a holy dip in the Krishna River, and visit the Sakshi Ganapathi Temple, believed to record pilgrim visits. Return to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay in Srisailam.
After breakfast, visit the revered Mallikarjuna Swamy Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas, and the Bhramaramba Devi Temple, one of the eighteen Shakti Peethas. Participate in Abhishekam and receive blessings from Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. Later, embark on an optional boat trip on the Krishna River to visit the Akkamahadevi Caves, where the saint Akkamahadevi meditated. In the afternoon, stop at the Srisailam Dam Viewpoint and Sikharam Viewpoint for breathtaking views of the valley. Spend the evening at leisure for rest or local shopping. After an early breakfast, depart for Mahanandi, a sacred site located near Nandyal. After lunch, continue your drive to Ahobilam, arriving by 4:30–5:00 PM. Check into your hotel and unwind. In the evening, visit the Prahlada Varada Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple at Lower Ahobilam, which serves as the spiritual gateway to the nine Narasimha shrines. Overnight stay in Ahobilam.
After breakfast, set out to explore the sacred Nava Narasimha temples spread across the forested Nallamala hills. Begin your tour in Upper Ahobilam, visiting the key shrines—Ugra Narasimha, Karanja Narasimha, Jwala Narasimha, Malola Narasimha, and Ahobila Narasimha—each representing a unique manifestation of Lord Vishnu’s ferocity and grace. Travel by local jeep or undertake a moderate trek, depending on your comfort. Return to Lower Ahobilam by evening and relax after a spiritually fulfilling day. Overnight stay in Ahobilam.
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and begin your return journey to Bangalore. Stop for lunch en route near Kurnool and continue your drive through scenic countryside.
