Arrive at Istanbul Ataturk Airport where our representative greets you for transfer to your hotel. After check-in, embark on a half-day guided tour. Enjoy a Bosphorus Cruise sailing between Europe and Asia, with spectacular views of palaces and wooden mansions. Later, visit the vibrant Spice Bazaar, filled with aromatic herbs, spices, and Turkish delights. Evening at leisure to relax or stroll the lively streets. Overnight in Istanbul.
Early transfer to the airport for your flight to Ankara. Visit the Anatolian Civilizations Museum, featuring treasures from Çatalhöyük, followed by the Mausoleum of Atatürk, the founder of modern Turkey. After lunch, enjoy a scenic drive across Anatolia towards Cappadocia, a land of surreal landscapes and cave dwellings. Arrive by evening, check in at a cave-style hotel, and unwind. Overnight in Cappadocia.
Explore Kaymakli Underground City, once a refuge for locals during invasions, followed by panoramic views at Uchisar Castle. Continue to the Goreme Open-Air Museum, where fresco-adorned cave churches reveal Byzantine artistry. After lunch, visit Avanos, a charming pottery village, and the striking Pasabag Valley, famous for its “fairy chimneys.” Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight in Cappadocia.
After breakfast, depart for Konya. Stop at Sultanhani Caravanserai, a grand 13th-century Silk Road inn. In Konya, visit the Mausoleum of Mevlana (Rumi), spiritual leader of the Whirling Dervishes. After lunch, drive through central Anatolia to Pamukkale, arriving by evening. Depending on timing, enjoy the ethereal white terraces and hot springs at sunset. Dinner and overnight stay in Pamukkale.
In the morning, explore the ruins of Hierapolis, with its baths, necropolis, and ancient theatre. Continue to Aphrodisias, the city dedicated to the goddess of love, boasting a well-preserved stadium and marble sculptures. After lunch, travel to the coastal town of Kusadasi on the Aegean Sea. Arrive by evening, check into your seaside hotel, enjoy dinner, and overnight stay in Kusadasi.
After breakfast, visit the sacred House of Virgin Mary, then tour Ephesus, one of the best-preserved Greco-Roman cities. Walk along marble streets to see the Odeon, Temple of Hadrian, Library of Celsus, Agora, and the Great Theatre. After lunch, visit the Basilica of St. John before transferring to Izmir Airport for your evening flight to Istanbul. Check in and overnight in Istanbul.
After breakfast, depart for a half-day city tour. Visit Hagia Sophia, one of the world’s greatest architectural marvels, and the Byzantine Hippodrome. Continue to the Blue Mosque, with its six minarets and exquisite tilework. Conclude at the Grand Bazaar, offering carpets, jewelry, and souvenirs. Return to your hotel, collect luggage, and transfer to the airport for departure.
