Does Travel Comfort book Air, Train & Bus Tickets?

Yes we do book Tickets for those who ask us for Tickets only, but we majorly book tickets that are part of the tour.

Does Travel Comfort process Visa?

Travel Comfort acts as a facilitator for your Visa process and submits the Visa application on your behalf.

Is Travel Comfort a Passport agent?

No Travel Comfort Team will only help you fill the Passport application form in www.passportindia.gov.in

How many travellers will be there in a group tour?

The group size for an International tour is usually between 30 to 50 guests and that for an Indian tour is between 30 to 40 guests, there are chances that the number of travellers may increase or decrease as per the season or long holidays.

Do I Need Medical or travel Insurance?

Yes. It is advisable that you buy a comprehensive medical or travel insurance before travelling abroad.

Can I join a tour midway or are part tours possible?

Part tours are possible only for selected tours. If you wish to extend your stay before or after the tour, or want to join in the midway, you can check the possibility with our Team at the time of booking.

Does the tour itinerary change on tour?

The tour itinerary can change at times due to Flight Delay, Bad weather, Monuments & Sightseeing places are closed due to Act of God.

What types of vehicle is provided on a group tour?

We arrange AC & Non-AC; Coaches, Tempo travellers, Mini coaches, Jeeps or Taxies depending on the type of the tour, itinerary, road conditions and number of guests.

While on tour, can we keep our passport and currency with the tour manager?

We advise you to not keep your Passport, Currency & your belongings with our tour manager; you are responsible for your own belongings.

Can we skip sightseeing’s on the group tour? Will we get a refund for skipped sightseeing’s?

Yes, you can skip sightseeing’s on a group tour but you will not be refund of the same as all the services are pre-booked.

Can we carry liquor bottles and cigarettes on tour?

Liquor bottles and cigarettes are allowed as per respective country policy, do find it out in the Duty free shop in the Airport, However we have a strict “no smoking” and “no alcohol” policy in the coach while travelling.

Will we get Wi-Fi or internet connectivity on tour?

Depending on the hotel, Wi-Fi services can be complimentary or chargeable. Wi-Fi may not be available at remote locations.

Can I book a Customized Holiday?

Yes, we do arrange Customized Holidays for the individual travellers if you are travelling with your family or friends, our team will design your itinerary as per your likes, dislikes and travel needs.

What are the inclusions of customized holiday packages?

Customized holiday packages is almost same as Group tours, hear you will not be assisted by a Tour manager, you can feel free to make your own decision about when & what you want to do.

After booking, when will we get a confirmation of services and the vouchers for our holiday?

You will be provided with the Itinerary & Receipt on making the Advance. Once you make the full payment. We will issue the service confirmation Voucher immediately.

What documents are required at the time of booking?

We would require your Aadhar Card or Voted ID for Domestic Holiday & Valid Passport for International Holiday.

Can I book online?

Yes, you can book a tour online at travelcomfort.in for the regular & Group tours. For customized tour you will have to contact our team 080 – 41664646 or walk in to our office.

What are the payment modes for booking a tour?

You can pay by cheque or demand draft in the name of “Travel Comfort” you can also pay by Credit card, Debit card or through net-banking. Non-refundable convenience charges of 2% of the transaction amount will be charged.

Can I modify or change my booking after confirmation?

The changes will depend as per your requirement; once you book the flight & Hotels the dates cannot be changed. Where in you can modify the Itinerary if you have booked a private tour.

What is the cancellation policy for a tour?

The Cancellation might vary as per tour & Airlines policy, kindly follow the Tour Itinerary provided to you at the time of booking.

How long does it take to process a refund?

The refund processing can take 30 to 60 days depending on decision to be received from Suppliers, Airlines, Hotel ect.

What is the mode of payment in case of a refund?

Refunds if any will be paid directly to the guest by A/C payee cheque in Indian Rupees.

What happens if Travel Comfort cancels the tour?

In case of the tour being cancelled by Travel Comfort, refund of the amount paid by the guest will be processed 30 to 60 days depending on decision to be received from Suppliers, Airlines, Hotel ect. (Depending on the reason of cancelling the tour) Example: Bad weather, Flight cancelled, Travel Ban announced by respective Country due to pandemic.
