Documents Required

  • Applicant’s passport valid for at least 6 months after the intended exit date.
  • 1 original passport size, front view, white background and recently-taken photograph.
  • Invitation letter from the company to be visited in Cuba.
  • The non-Canadian applicant(s) must show a COPY of their valid Permanent Residency Card (PR card) or Work/Student Authorization Visa for Canada.
  • You may extend your visa at your destination’s following locations: Ministry of Immigration, City Hall and even some hotels, but you must show that you have accommodation, enough money and you may even have to prove that you will eventually be leaving the country. Local authorities have the right to approve/disapprove your visa extension. If your visa has expired, it will not be extended.

    Supporting Documents as per your occupation or type of visit:

    If the applicant is self-employed:
    Business Registration License / GST / MOA / Partnership deed
    Company’s updated bank statement of last 6 months
    Company’s IT returns for last 3 years
    If the applicant is employed in a firm:
    Leave sanctioned certificate with company seal and signature
    Last 3 months salary slip
    If the applicant is a student:
    Leave sanction letter, school ID card and NOC from school mentioning the dates of the trip
    If the applicant is retired:
    Proof of retirement like pension book, statement etc.
    If the applicant is under 18:
    Birth Certificate
    No Objection Certificate from the parents / non-accompanying parent on Rs 100/- stamp paper
    ID proof of parent
    If visiting friend or relative & being sponsored:
    Invitation letter legalized from the town hall
    Inviter’s ID proof like Passport, Resident Permit
    Financial proof such as bank statement
    For Business visa
    Invitation letter from the host Company includes the purpose of the trip, business details etc.
    Covering letter from Indian company on company letterhead.

    Note:

    Covering letter and hotel confirmation will be provided by Travel Comfort if the applicant requires.
    Nationals of India may enter Singapore without a visa for 96 hours if they are in transit to or from any third country by air, when possessing a valid visa or long-term residence permit with validity of at least one month issued by Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States, Germany or Switzerland.
    Holders (Citizens) of the following passports who are allowed to stay for 90 days without a pre-approved Visa. Hence they can avail Visa on Arrival.
