Once done with enjoying till your heart’s content, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Start the day with a hearty breakfast in hotel. Later, get ready to proceed with a Kuranda Day tour. Avail assisted transfer from hotel by coach to Smithfield Terminal to board the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway. On reaching, start a half day Kuranda Skyrail, and Scenic Rail tour.

Here you will glide above the rainforest canopy to Kuranda. There are two stations on the way where you can de-board. Here you can and enjoy a walk through the rainforest. The spectacular lookouts are awe-inspiring. To know more about the magical landscape proceed to visit the CSIRO Interpretive Centre. Here you can get complete information about the ecology.

Later, proceed to Kuranda. Here you are free to explore on your own for approximately an hour and a half. Start with a visit to the ‘Village in the Rainforest’. Explore the fascinating tourist attractions here including visit to the Heritage Markets which operate daily.

By approximately 3:30 PM board the Kuranda Scenic Railway. Enjoy the beautiful journey back to Cairns. Today proceed for a Philip Island Ultimate Tour as soon as you are done with breakfast at the hotel.

On the wildlife tour get up close and personal with the friendly residents of Moonlit Sanctuary Wildlife Conservation Park. While on your tour, learn about the conservation of these loveable native animals. The eco certified sanctuary is also home to some lesser-known but equally adorable endangered species. The inhabitants include the Southern Bettong, Eastern Quolls and rare Fluffy Gliders.

Proceed to visit the historic Churchill Island to witness sheep shearing in action, along with time to explore the historic buildings.

Next, visit the Koala Conservation Centre to see koalas in their natural environment. Take a stroll along the boardwalks at the Nobbies and Seal Rock Centre.

Next proceed to Summerland Beach, home to Victoria’s largest colony of little penguins. Watch the hundreds of little penguins make their way across the beach and go home for the night.
