Documents Required

  • Applicant’s passport valid for at least 6 months after the intended exit date.
  • 2 copies of the visa application form, thoroughly filled out and dated, bearing applicant’s signature.
  • 1 identical passport size, front view, white background and recently-taken photographs.
  • An invitation letter from the host’s company on letterhead with their seal giving the full details of the trip with name, nature of the business, dates.
  • A letter from the applicant’s company /organisation in Canada indicating the purpose of the applicant’s journey must be submitted. The letter should be addressed to the Visa Department of the embassy.
  • We strongly recommend obtaining a new passport if the passport you are planning to travel with contains any Israeli stamps.
